Shipping, Returns, Sizing.

 

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Most items ship within 4 business days of ordering. Some items are made to order, so please allow at least 1 week for these handmade items to ship. Public holidays or production issues may add another couple of days to this, but usually we ship things out sooner. 

Custom and wholesale orders usually takes 3 - 4 weeks to produce before shipping out. Again, occasional production issues can add to this timeframe, but we do everything we can to ship in a timely manner.

Expedited shipping options are available, please get in touch - we'll do our best to help.

All our items are shipped securely and well packaged to avoid damage. In the rare event that something does get damaged in the mail, please contact us and we will work it out!

We unfortunately cannot be responsible for items lost in the mail. Please ensure you enter a correct address where it is safe to receive packages, and select a insured shipping service if you are concerned.

Once your item(s) are ready to ship, they will be sent by the carrier you chose at checkout

ORDERS

All orders with a value under €100 ship via Regular mail, unless requested otherwise. Parcels of orders of over €100 only ship via Priority Certified mail. You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped. Express mail is available upon request.

We ship worldwide! International orders have a delivery estimate of two weeks, but can take up to four. Regular mail offers the best shipping prices, but it is not insured or trackable. We unfortunately cannot be responsible for uninsured items which are lost in the mail.

Priority Certified mail is also available, so if you require a tracking number or would like insurance, please select that. Priority usually arrives internationally within 10 to 15 business days, though the post office doesn’t guarantee this timeframe and it can take longer.

You may be charged customs fees or import duties on international mail, depending on your country's rules. These charges are unfortunately beyond our control and not covered by our shipping charges. We are not responsible for any customs or duties incurred. If you are concerned, we recommend researching your country's rules for receiving goods shipped from Spain before placing an order. International orders may also be delayed by customs processing, which again unfortunately is out of our control. 

Once a shipment has left Spain, it is handled by the recipient country's postal service; if you have questions about your tracking, customs fees, or other aspects of your delivery, you will need to contact your local postal service for information.

MY TRACKING NUMBER ISN’T UPDATING! IS MY PARCEL LOST?

No need to worry! Tracking is handled by Correos (and if you’re abroad, your country’s post office, once the parcel leaves Spain) and we aren’t able to see any more information than you are until the package lands and it gets scanned! Sometimes the post office doesn’t scan a parcel or updates tracking inaccurately. It’s very rare for parcels to get lost in the mail, usually they’re just delayed or the tracking number hasn’t been scanned.

If an item seems to be lost, the best thing to do is to contact the post office directly. They will have more information than we do! If you live abroad, contact your country's post office.

We cannot be responsible for items lost in the mail. If something does go missing, please contact us and we’ll make sure to solve it.

 

Returns.

As almost all our products are handmade and made to order, we unfortunately can't offer returns or exchanges, unless we’ve made an error in the order or the piece is damaged because of shipping. If you have any problems with your purchase, please do get in touch.

Sizing

Please make sure you have the correct ring size before placing an order.

Made to order rings are not in stock and are made just for you :)

All other rings requiring sizing after ordering will incur a $25 sizing fee. The customer is responsible for shipping both ways. Please contact us to request a ring sizing.
